Kathryn Wilson's flat shoe collection for stylish comfort.

FLAT ATTACK

Kathryn Wilson Spring ’26

Kathryn Wilson does not do boring shoes. And thank goodness for that.

For more than two decades, the New Zealand designer has put personality firmly at our feet, creating a footwear language that is unmistakably her own. Beautiful fabrication, clever hardware, unexpected colour, serious wearability and always, somewhere in the mix, a little wink.

Spring ’26 brings that signature energy straight into the now. Designed around trans seasonal dressing, the collection is made to be worn before the summer sun arrives. For those of us still firmly in a Canterbury winter, consider that very good news.

This is where flats become fashion again.
Shearling lined slides meet butter soft suede. The boat shoe returns with a polished Kathryn Wilson point of view. Laser cut Mary Janes arrive in black, stone, silver and blue denim, turning texture into the detail. Then there is the beautifully uncomplicated suede loafer, proof that the styles you wear hardest can still have presence.

Across the collection, sophisticated neutrals sit alongside optimistic colour, while signature hardware, woven finishes and artisan textures bring warmth and personality to silhouettes designed for real life. It is playful without being precious, polished without trying too hard and unmistakably Kathryn Wilson.

CM knows these shoes from more than the front row. Founder Kia has walked, and rocked, Kathryn Wilson on the runway. There is a particular joy to the brand when you actually put it on. These are shoes made to move in, work in, go out in and have some fun in.

After featuring the heels in the CM Closet, we are changing altitude.

Spring may be on its way, but Kathryn Wilson is warming up winter from the ground up. Flats on. Game on.
